1. Usage Terms

By creating an account or using Iniziova Software Solutions products (Accounting, HRMS, and School Management), you agree to these terms. You confirm that all organization information and records you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the service on behalf of your organization.

2. User Responsibilities

Account administrators are responsible for safeguarding passwords, API keys, and access credentials. You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our systems without written permission.
  • Upload files containing malware or malicious code to any part of the platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.

3. Subscription Terms

Access to Iniziova is provided on a subscription basis. Billing occurs monthly or annually according to your selected plan. Invoices are issued automatically. Payments are non-refundable once your account has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Iniziova application structure, calculations code, CSS layout frameworks, vector graphics, logos, and site styles are protected under national copyright laws and intellectual property rights. No right to replicate our core interfaces is granted without formal corporate licensing.

5. Service Limitations

While we maintain a strict 99.99% system SLA, Iniziova does not guarantee completely uninterrupted operations during scheduled server updates, local biometric hardware dropouts, or external gateway network disruptions. Maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Iniziova Software Solutions is not liable for indirect financial losses, calculation errors due to incorrect manual data entry, accounting audits, teacher scheduling conflicts, or school transportation delays caused by local operator errors.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate system access if subscription payments fail for two consecutive cycles, or if a user breaches database security regulations or system whitelisting parameters.

8. Governing Laws

These legal terms are governed and audited under the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America. Any institutional disputes will be processed within the local court jurisdictions of New York County.
